yours for 15 minutes)

Then "Freddy's Revenge"
5 rounds for time of:
5 shoulder to overhead (185/105 or 110% of 1RM press)
10 burpees

  2. Strung together ~25 DUs then worked on butterfly kip

    Unbroken burpees - not used to the split jerk, need to practice this more.
