clean and jerk: 155# (10# PR), failed 160 on the jerk (could not get my fingers around the bar while in the rack position). yet, 160 is a 5# PR for squat clean.
ReplyDeletecould have gotten the PR trifecta if my ass didnt slide off the seat on the rower. 1:38.1 (previous PR was 1:37.7)
