Could have had a better time but I gamed it a bit to much. My goal was to finish in under 18. I think it should have been to finish in under 15,.
I need to get my pre-wod nutrition lined up again. I felt sick during the middle of my second row and had to sit it out for a couple of minutes. Thanks to Anthony and Heather for the push and bringing the puke bucket near.

DNF. Was on pace to be around Anthony's 14:07 time before I had to stop. Finished it with minimal breaks. Just had to stop to make sure breakfast wasn't going to come up.
