mile-5min rest-mile: 6:08/6:16...had to stop on the second mile because of recurring dizziness issues, otherwise times would have been more similar.

ReplyDeleteRunning has been getting better. My biggest issue is trying to pickup my pace. Very happy about mile 2, pace and form was much better.
Did a slightly different workout from Friday. Had a friend in town and we wanted to add the run in place of the TTB.

Kippie pullups still hurt. I feel like my hands hurt before I lose strength and that is what slows me down.
