Made up the challenge on Thursday. CF Total: 505Back Squat: 185Press: 85Dead Lift: 235Half Cindy: 9 rounds + 3 pullups (Used purple band for pullups. The push ups killed me! But I did improve by 3 rounds since the last time I did 1/2 cindy 2 months ago.
