Advanced - Bench Press 3x20 @ 45% (time each work set)
Then, 10 rounds for time of:
10 deadlifts (135/95 or 30-40% of 1RM)
15 power wall ball (20/14)
Post skill - 3x max HSPU (2 min rest)
