Made up saturday's workout. Power Snatch - got up to 135#. WOD @ 100# - 7:18. First 3 rounds of thrusters unbroken but too a few pauses in the rack position. DU's were out of rhythm today, but came together for round 3 for some reason. Alternated 1min plank with 10 unassisted gh raises for 3 sets 2 pood pullups - 5,3,3
George helped me get my first ever muscle up today, strict even. Need more work on these but its is great to get the first one done.
ahhh...its so nice to be back at the WL box! I did Saturday's WOD, rested and then finished off the morning with Tuesday's WOD with George!
Sat's workout: 55-65-70-70-75 WOD @ 55# - 7:20 first 3 rounds of thrusters unbroken, almost unbroken 4th round. prob could have increased weight a little bit. double unders are getting better, still do single-double-single, etc. though
