Hours Today will remain normal. We will have class tomorrow on Thanksgiving at 9 am. There will be no 6 am class on Friday. Do not forget that next Saturday is the crossfit total and 1/2 Cindy Challenge finals.

good squat clean at that weight but couldn't lock out the jerk (split jerk PR 165#).
metcon: 13:43...butterflies were ok, some questionable. pushups and squats were slow. i left some in the tank and paced. pissed.
Clean and Jerk - 175#. Tweaked my neck on 185#, called it quits. I have the strength to jerk more but I need to work on split jerk technique.

Squat clean and Jerk: 185. failed on 195 in the squat. 185 was pretty ugly also.

I stopped at #60 for squat clean and jerk. If I had done anymore weight I'd have never made it through that crazy Metcon.
ouch ouch ouch, I think i was right around 20:00 on this one...at least i finished!
