Improved a big issue of push pressing instead of completing a jerk.

Burpees were my most efficient since working with a much wider stance. Box jumps were slow due to jumping off too far.

ReplyDeleteHappy with this but I felt I could have done better if I did a few things differently.
box jumps - set a higher goal.
kbs - use the technique of pulling it down to quicken the pace.
burpees - try a wider stance.
Would like to try this again in 3 months or so.
