I thought I was at 8 rounds, however I also thought I was a round behind Kurt... I was either at 7 or 8 rounds w/ 5 HSPU. Either way, it was a good one. Thanks to coach Ben for keeping us moving.
Reminder: Saturday I will be in the west loop gym from 2-4pm. At 2pm we will be doing Satuday's workout and at 3pm it will be make -up and open gym. Hope to see you there
Did a couple get ups with the 35# bar.

Had to sub #65 Push Press for HSPU to protect my foot.
