ATTENTION!!! The following WOD will take upwards to an hour or possibly longer to complete. Please come in early or be prepared to stay a little late.

Back squat, 1 RM

Press, 1 RM

Deadlift, 1RM

    Press: 160 (5# PR)
    Dead Lift: 475 (40# PR)

    Total: 915
    Old Total: 855

    Pretty psyched on the 60# gain. Good crew tonight, PRs all around!

    Total: 575

    Not bad, I had a lot more left in me for the press, but I wrenched my shoulder a bit. Oh well, I will work on my form for next time.
