    Worked on some muscle ups after, but arms were fried and rip killed me. WILL GET 1 SOON.

  2. Did the 2k row. Time was 7:25. Really happy with that time, then did the optional WOD, but lost count of sit ups.

    +.5 difference from last time. Pretty pissed at myself for not remembering my previous # when I went to LP today. Probably would have pushed harder. Oh well.

  4. Did the push-ups with Mr. January and BillyS: 41?-3?0-15 I know I was a couple off BillyS every time and Mr. January showed some great consistency by going 30-20-20
