  1. I know the loop looks a little confusing. Here's the route:
    Left out the garage door, left at Hoyne, right at Fulton, left at Western, Left at Walnut, Left at Damen, Left at Fulton (complete the loop one more time) left at Western left at Walnut, left at Damen, left at fulton, go to Western then turn around back down Fulton, left at Hoyne, back in garage door...call time!

  3. I apologize to everyone that ran the "5k" yesterday at the gym, I drew the route incorrectly and left out almost half a mile. I left out the loop to damen which explains all the freakishly fast times. That was quite boneheaded of me.

  4. Damn! Well, I know I can run a mile in less than 8, so 4 minutes less than my Nov time I'd say that I still made an improvement.
