  1. The run route will be:

    a right out of the garage door, right at Damen, right at Fulton, Right at Leavitt, Turn around at Carroll and reverse route.

    So E on Carroll, S on Damen, W on Fulton, S on Leavitt until Carroll St. then reverse route.

    15,10,5 reps on BS and 7:05 mile. Could have probably gone unbroken on the BS's, but wanted to hit the mile hard... guess it was ok.
