  1. Sorry I didn't make it in this AM. Had to head back to MN. Pray for my friend/boss/mentor and three of his sons. Their small plane is missing in Wyoming. http://blog.nerdery.com/2010/10/need-your-prayers/

  6. So sorry to hear that Tom, my thoughts are with you.

18:06 total on the chipper. Cramped up a bit on the runs, should have probably made sub-18.

  7. 18:36. Unbroken all the way. Worked on POSE running, though I've never had a proper lesson, just videos. Still hate running...

  9. 19:49 (4:49/5:23/5:37) w/ 1.5 pood. kbs are my kryptonite. +10 burpees because broke the last two kbs sets 8-7, 10-5.

this one hurt a ton. runs were not even fast and those are usually my bread and butter.

  10. 21:30 (5:25, 6:00, 6:05) with 25#KB, 8#WB. The wallballs are always what get me for some reason. I can power through everything else by telling myself to just keep going, but when I get tired on wallballs I just start missing the mark. I probably was short of the line a couple times during the last 10.

As much as I used to dread running, the run felt like a nice break each round this time...

  15. Tough WOD. I messed up in the beginning and got an extra round of wall balls in by accident.

    6:55/15:45/25:50 and I owed 15 Burpees, yikes!
    Used a 16lb ball and a 20" box.
Felt like my lung was about to come out after this WOD.

  16. I meant to write this down today, but i forgot.

Pretty sure my overall time was 21:06

I had to switch from 35# KB after the first round because they kill my back...need to work on my form

box jumps were hard...i'm not very coordinated.

never stopped due to fatigue, always because i tripped or lost balance etc...annoying

wall ball 12# unbroken w/out much struggle.
