  3. Thursdays CFCE wod:

    C2 - 3,000m total - 85% Tempo on first 1,500m, recover 1 minute and then into the second 1,500m at 95%.

    1st 1500m: 5:51.7
    2nd 1500m: 5:47.3

    Should have been faster in the second set. The one minute rest was a total tease and I was dead the first half of the whole set. Felt good after though!

    21ish with 30#KB, 14#WB 1st round, 12#WB 2nd and 3rd round.

    Would like to have gone faster but rested between rounds so I could do unbroken. The run slowed me down bc my legs were dead. Would like to run faster next time I do this workout.
