Remember class will now be held on Sunday at 10 AM.  Also the final date for the Crossfit total and 1/2 Cindy Challenge has been set for December 4th.

  1. mile-5min rest-mile: 6:08/6:16...had to stop on the second mile because of recurring dizziness issues, otherwise times would have been more similar.

    again, nice change of pace (no pun intended) on a saturday.

    Running has been getting better. My biggest issue is trying to pickup my pace. Very happy about mile 2, pace and form was much better.

  3. Did a slightly different workout from Friday. Had a friend in town and we wanted to add the run in place of the TTB.

    WOD: 10:27
    3 rounds of:
    400M run
    10 Front Squats (65#)
    10 Pull ups (purple band)

    Kippie pullups still hurt. I feel like my hands hurt before I lose strength and that is what slows me down.
