Find a 1 Rep Max for Clean and Jerk
(Must pass through a full squat)

Post WOD = 500 M Row Time Trial


Remember to stop in tomorrow morning at 11 am.  The team workout will start around 11:30 am.  For any of you interested in competing in a sectionals training workout at 1:30 pm please email for more information.  Again feel free to bring anyone along.

  1. clean and jerk: 155# (10# PR), failed 160 on the jerk (could not get my fingers around the bar while in the rack position). yet, 160 is a 5# PR for squat clean.

    could have gotten the PR trifecta if my ass didnt slide off the seat on the rower. 1:38.1 (previous PR was 1:37.7)
