    I think I finally got butterflies down well. Put together several sets of 10 with full elevation over the bar.

    I think I figured out DU towards the end. I started to string together 6-9 but they still took forever.

  7. First post ever...

    First, thanks for all the encouragement and help as I've gotten started.

    Press 90#x5, 105#x5, 120#x7. Based this on my 1-rep max from Nov of 140 when I first started. I think I've probably increased that. I still need to come in and do CrossFit total to re-do my 1-rep max's.

    WOD@1.5 pood, 6 rounds + 5 PU's. like Doc I'm started to figure out DU's and could string 5-8 but still suck. I really suck at box jumps too.
