  2. OHS 95# max unbroken reps - 21. PR, could only do 13 a month ago. Goal is 30 unbroken.

    GH raises - 4x5

    2k row - 7:20. PR by 6 seconds. Stamina is good but form and pacing need work. Picked up pace with 700m to go, full out at 500m. Still too much left in the tank at the end.

    Barbell lunges 3x8 - 75#, 95#, 95#

    7:25.3 on the row. paced until about 400 meters then hauled ass.

    95# on the lunges.

    1, 1, 1, 1, 1(f) muscle up. Going to try to do at least 5 total every time I go to the box.

    135-155-175(5)...havent done these in awhile and i felt it

    2K row: 7:22.9...<7s PR. did power 10s and last 250m was a sprint. i need to push harder through the 1000-500m range.

  7. Worked up to 175 on the Squat Cleans.
    7:16 on the row. Will be looking to get this back to the mid 6:50s in 2 months.
