OHS: 85-95-100 (failed on 3rd rep) - 100elbow inflammation did not help these or the metcon.metcon: 6:53 @ 75# and 1.5 pood
OHS: 45, 65, 95, 115, 135x4, 135x5Metcon - 6:31 2 pood. That f'ing kb is heavy. had to break up all the kb sets a bunch. Snatches weren't bad. just kind of an awkward movement to do that may times.
OHS: 43x5, 53x5, 63x5Metcon - 6:36, 33# bar and 35# kettlbell. this killed my grip!
WOD @ 75# from hang and 1.5 pood - 5:11.
OHS: 135:165:185 x 3 WOD: RX 5:06 i think, might be off by a few seconds
