9am to QUESTION MARK??! That always means it's gonna get CRAZY! Like Bite the Box crazy...Fabu times today. I'm looking forward to the next challenge already. I'm glad I worked through my hangover to somehow pull off PRs for everything:Back squat: 145 (PR - previous 135)Press: 70 (PR - previous 65)Deadlift: 165 (PR - previous 155)Crossfit total: 380 (previous 355)1/2 Cindy: 9 rounds + 9 squats (PR - previous 9Rds + 5 squats).Sans hangover the only thing I think I'd do better on is the 1/2 Cindy.
