    WOD (from Tuesday): 15 min amrap, 10 power wall balls (14#), 20 kbs (1pood), 50 single unders
    10 rounds + 6 wall balls
    5x10 ring dips

  2. I miss you guys! I've been traveling around the Carolinas AND going to different CrossFit boxes. Everyone's real nice and I've been able to keep up with their workouts. But I miss my WL fam and can't wait to be back on Monday!

  3. split jerk: 135(old PR)-145-155-165(f)-165(f)-165 (PR)...the weight goes up so much easier with better form (not good, just better)
