  3. did some snatch work with Derek. Snatch balance and hang snatches. worked up to 115 on hang snatches for skill. felt good.

    Row/Pushup(50)/Pullup metcon: 7:45 or 48 ish. 3:47 on the row. partition the pushups right off the bat. sets of 5 w/ a couple seconds rest. those got tough.

    Sets of 10 felt good on the pu's, still hurt like crazy though.

    post-wod: 4 hours of skateboarding haha. Took a nice fall or three, legs are cashed. Looking forward to a rest day!

    Ryan and I did this WOD immediately after doing Friday's Bear Complex (whee!!).

  7. This took me forever today, body is spent. 10:27 but subbed rows with running, getting better every day at running at least.

    Pull-ups were super slow, push-ups were okay.
