    WOD:4 rounds-400m row, Push Jerk @55# finished at 9:52. Need to work at getting a better push jerk.

    10 Wall Balls (12#)
    10 Hang Power Cleans (65#)

    The hang power cleans were really hard. I prob could have done 14#WB but wanted to make sure I had enough to do RX on the hang power cleans. My arms were numb and swollen after the workout.
