Wednesday


Hours Today will remain normal.  We will have class tomorrow on Thanksgiving at 9 am.  There will be no 6 am class on Friday.  Do not forget that next Saturday is the crossfit total and 1/2 Cindy Challenge finals.

  3. exhausted from the short but arduous week and it showed.

    Squat Clean and Jerk: 115-135-145-155(f)-155(f)

    good squat clean at that weight but couldn't lock out the jerk (split jerk PR 165#).

    metcon: 13:43...butterflies were ok, some questionable. pushups and squats were slow. i left some in the tank and paced. pissed.

  4. Clean and Jerk - 175#. Tweaked my neck on 185#, called it quits. I have the strength to jerk more but I need to work on split jerk technique.

    WOD - 11:33.

    Kind of sluggish on my 4th straight day of working out. Need a break.

  6. Clean and Jerk - 98#, failed Split Jerk @ 103# but squat cleans felt much better. Getting the hang of it.

    Push-ups just seemed to last forever.

  7. C and j: maxed out at 195, 25#s under pr. Been a while since I've focused on oly lifts and it shows.

    Weird grace: 11:30 something? Squats made me their bitch.

  8. Squat clean and Jerk: 185. failed on 195 in the squat. 185 was pretty ugly also.

    Metcon: 50 Pullups, 100 pushups, 150 squats

  9. I did this at 9am, and I'm still tired.

    24:00 on the dot

    I stopped at #60 for squat clean and jerk. If I had done anymore weight I'd have never made it through that crazy Metcon.

  11. oh, and also got 133 on squat clean and jerk, couldn't get elbows under 143 :(
