  2. Did "Jerry" at LP with Erin C, Mike H, and Camey.

    For time:
    1 mile run
    2000m row
    1 mile run

    22:39

Overall, felt good. Could probably have pulled a bit harder on the row.

8:23 on the Joshua Hero WOD.

    "JOSH"
    1 Round for Time:
    21 OH Squats
    42 Pull-Ups
    15 OH Squats
    30 Pull-ups
    9 OH Squats

    finished in 8:28.

used 25# for my OHS's but think maybe I should have gone up to 33#. Used the green band for all my pull-ups, which made me stoked because i used to use the black band for high rep schemes, so although i still can't do pull-ups i've definitely gotten way better. thanks to megan for convincing me to use the green band. i almost used the black band because it's what i used the last time i did so many pull-ups. it would have been way too easy with the black band.
