Rest Day/ Make - Up

    Looking forward to tomorrow. Haven't been in since Wednesday. Had to take it easy for a few days. Will be going to the morning class. Should be very interesting. I'm so NOT a morning person.

  3. Tried one of these "active rest days" that all the kids are talking about.

    Want to do some push up work to try and reach my goal of 14 rounds on the next 1/2 Cindy.
    Tabata pushups - Went full out, not pacing.
    25, 20, 14, 10, 8, 6, 7, 8 = 98.

    Also some sit ups, I want to do the Angie WOD at some point after we finish the next total.
    100 sit ups for time = 2:42. Unbroken, started to slow down around #60.
