    elbow inflammation did not help these or the metcon.

    metcon: 6:53 @ 75# and 1.5 pood

    Metcon - 6:31 2 pood.

    That f'ing kb is heavy. had to break up all the kb sets a bunch. Snatches weren't bad. just kind of an awkward movement to do that may times.
