Saturday

Today there will be no regular class.  Instead the gym will be open at 9 Am for the Crossfit total and 1/2 Cindy finals.  Feel free to stop in and get it in even if you have not signed up yet.  9 am to ????

    Fabu times today. I'm looking forward to the next challenge already. I'm glad I worked through my hangover to somehow pull off PRs for everything:

    Back squat: 145 (PR - previous 135)
    Press: 70 (PR - previous 65)
    Deadlift: 165 (PR - previous 155)

    Crossfit total: 380 (previous 355)

    1/2 Cindy: 9 rounds + 9 squats (PR - previous 9Rds + 5 squats).

    Sans hangover the only thing I think I'd do better on is the 1/2 Cindy.

    My choice in pounds sign is much more refined.

    got small PRs on all 3 lifts. did one less round on cindy....bummer.

    BS: 235 (10lb PR)
    Press: 130 (5lb PR)
    Dead: 365 (10lb PR)

    Cindy: 10+6PU (-1 full round)

    Had a blast yesterday. thanks to everyone for the snacks and drinks!
