With a Running Clock
Complete 2 Power cleans every minute for ten minutes at 80 % of your one rep max

Then

8 Minutes For as many rounds as possible of the following

12 Double Unders
9 Box Jumps (24/20)
6 Hang Squat Cleans (75/45)

  3. 185# on the Power Cleans. Felt good. Caught some heat from Eric on my form. It feels good to me so i may need to video it to see what i'm doing.

  5. PC @ 85#...could have gone heavier but at the same time need to keep it light for my shoulder.

    metcon rx: 6 rounds. double unders are getting better!

  6. PC: 73#. Kept it a bit lighter to focus on form and not slamming the bar into my clavicle.

    Today's WOD: 17" & 45#. 4 rounds plus 2 double unders. This was AWFUL since it was my first time back after 10 days off. Le sigh.

  7. pc @ 103- probably should have gone heavier.

    metcon rx 5 rounds + completed double unders.

    double unders and box jumps are both getting better, able to do 5 in a row du a few times and string the box jumps!

  8. Power cleans @ 165#... I definitely think that I couldve gone heavier but I never figured out my 1RM.

    Metcon rx: 5 rounds even. Double unders get me spent so quick!
