    AMRAP @ 95#: 6 rds + 9 pullups

    butterfly rhythm was off and those squat cleans were my nemesis.

    Still only at about 75%. Feel like crap but pushing through.

  5. WOD: 15 AMRAP; 6 rounds + 1 Hang sqt clean, 65# and pink band for pull ups. This was tough and I am thinking that I am going to be really sore tomorrow...thanks Derek ;)
