    WOD: 12:48 with 14#/24"

    Those first 30 box jumps were brutal, and then just couldn't keep a rhythm on the final 200 single unders. This WOD goes out to all the nice ones who sometimes finish last.

  5. PC's: 75#. failed one rep in the 6th round. had trouble, as usual, getting my elbows up high enough and fast enough

    I did the single unders in sets of 100 without much of a problem. I did the box jumps unbroken for all sets i think. wall balls are always a struggle for me. wish i couldve gotten sub 10. i get out of breath so easily during wod's like this.

  6. PCs: started at 205 on the first rounds. didnt fail the reps but was landing w/ my feet too wide. went down to 195. solid on all reps.

    metcon 20box jump 11:32 last 200 jump ropes killed m could not string more than 20 together.
