  1. 8:41 @ 185# for the DL. HSPU were done with an ab mat or as full negatives.

  2. Stayed at 95# (I believe) for Snatch Balance. Needed to work on form.

    6:09 @ 185# for the Dead Lifts.
Subbed regular HSPU's with the tire support.

  3. SBalance: Just did a bunch at 75#s. Feeling better on the shoulder, overhead coming along.

Meton rx'd - 7:55 or something. Apologies for the freak out... HSPU's are my new arch enemy, but I AM getting them back. Will be checking the 'tude at the door next time.

  4. SBalance: 65-75-85-95...think i can get more on the 2 rep max, felt good, just ran out of time.

metcon @ 155# and 1 ab mat-7:20, first 3 rds of HSPUs were fine, last two were horrendous (definitely did not get my head to the ab mat for probably about 5 of the last ten, tried to get as much depth as possible, just ran out of strength)

  5. Snatch balance - 2x4 - 45#, 75#, 95#f, 75#, 85#

WOD: Had to sub out dead lifts, so Derek gave me 12 2pood walking lunges per round. These were hard as shit. 7:46

  6. Did Tuesday's workout

    PUshups: 32, 22, 17
Pullups: 14, 9, 9 (could be off a bit on the first set)

    metcon: 135# and 1.5pood KB 14:53

Those cleans definitly slowed me down. i strung together the first set. then did singles or the occasional double the rest of the time. Was a tough one but felt good.

  7. WOD: 4:48

Had to sub out dead lifts, so Derek gave me 12 walking lunges w kettle per round. I agree w/ James...these were hard.

Definitely could have only used 1 ab mat for HSPU's. I was so sore from the day before I modified but ended up not challenging myself as much as I could have.
